If something’s not right, whether it’s a damaged product, a mix-up, or the item just didn’t work for you, reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are for ingestion or topical use, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.

That said:

If your first order didn’t meet your expectations, even if the product is opened, please contact us. We’ll evaluate your situation and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer full refunds or free replacements when:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, we’ll make it right.

  • You return an unopened item (within 30 days). Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you when it’s processed.

  • Opened product was approved by our care team. You may receive store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless approved)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional giveaway items
