Shipping Times

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day. 

Standard Shipping (USA):

·      Delivery in 3–7 business days

·      East Coast: typically 3–4 days

·      West Coast: typically 5–7 days

·      Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location

Expedited Shipping:

·      Available at checkout for an additional cost

·      Delivery in 2–3 business days (depending on location and carrier)

International Shipping:

We currently only ship within the United States. Stay tuned,international delivery is on our roadmap.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:

·      On all U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts and before tax)

·      Flat Rate Shipping:

·      Orders under $50 ship for a flat fee of $5.95

Expedited Shipping:

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
You can track your package in real time via the link provided. 

Note: Weekend delivery is determined by the carrier and not guaranteed.

Please note: Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.

Delivery Issues

Wrong Address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@integrityvitamins.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships. 

Lost or Delayed Order?

If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement.

Damaged in Transit?

Send us a photo of the package and product within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement right away, at no extra charge.

Shipping Limitations

·      We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time

·      We do not ship internationally (yet!)

·      Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day

·      Multiple-item orders may ship separately depending on availability. Separate tracking numbers will be provided if applicable.
